Good evening Dear Readers 🥰Yesterday, I celebrated a milestone—my 21st birthday. And I have to say, it was truly amazing, beyond anything I could have hoped for. They can creep into your mind, convincing you that you are alone in your pain and that there is no way out. During one of the darkest periods of my life, I found myself trapped in that very cycle. Surprisingly, what helped me break free from it wasn’t surrounding myself with people or seeking constant distraction—it was intentional isolation. While isolation is often seen as dangerous for someone battling suicidal thoughts, it became a powerful and necessary part of my healing.
